We will email you a label, which you can use to send the item back to us. Once the item has been received in like new condition with all instructions and packaging materials we will issue a full refund on the purchase price of the product, minus the shipping cost

EXCHANGE PROGRAM

We at D’essence & Co. understand that you may change your mind about our product, so we offer an exchange program. If you would like to exchange your item, please go to Contact and let us know whats wrong. We will send a return label then, which you can use to return item back to us. Once the item is received in like new condition with all instructions and packing materials you will receive a full credit for the purchase price of the product minus the shipping charges to apply to any other item of equal, lesser or greater value.

Wrong Items Received

Policy on Lost or Delayed Shipping

Most packages will arrive on time, but there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience which will result in delays, for this reason, we cannot guarantee delivery times.

We are not responsible for any item lost or stolen after the package has been delivered. To prevent your package from getting lost please make sure you provide us with the correct shipping address.
